3.51 They Killed My iPhone: Their Righteousness vs My Principles?
I paid an Apple Premium Service Provider in Boise $50 to replace my battery, they killed my iPhone 6s in the process, and now they won't refund me. But, am I being too principled to get the $50 back?
This is a bit of a rant. Sorry.
NOTE: I did not take my iPhone to the Apple Store which I should have. I used another company in Boise that claims to be “among the best repair shops in the country for fast and accurate warranty and non-warranty repair.”
