“I’m getting there,” I tell the cashier when she asks and I wonder if I’m saying this to her to myself like some kind of affirmation, “I’m getting there,” as if it’s a quote from Confucius that you might find in an article titled something like, “10 Quotes from Confucius That Will Change Your Life Forever” which they kind of did as I was sitting in an office not expecting for my life to be changed by the circumstantial juxtaposition of streams of information that flow across my computer screen and I get overwhelmed so it’s difficult to manifest the idea that “it does not matter how slowly you go so long as you do not stop” because a lot of times I just want to take a nap and make it stop so I can recharge but also learning to “Understand When It’s Good to be Anti-Social” so I can keep saying that “I’m getting there” emotionally but physically too after learning about “prisoner workouts” that use you own body’s weight as resistance and, speaking of resistance, this dude used “99 Smartphones and a Wagon to Create Havoc on Google Maps” and Google’s response was that hacks like this, the stunt, not the man, keep them going and growing so if you ask me today, I’m going to stay inspired and after my dream just like Maximus Thor and I’ll tell you, “I’m getting there.”
