“We may not seem up to the task, but we are man. We’re alive!” - Jeff Bridges from his recent Cecil B deMille Award acceptance speech.

The morning arrives of course if you believe that we are the center of the earth but really it may be something more like we arrive into it like some always exploding everlasting nada brahma of sound (book) but that was just his alarm and then in the shower he considered how life is similar to an agile software development process and wondered “How to Break Down Your Goals into Sprints (article)” like chunking out a big thing into smaller things that are easier to define and set tasks toward and how this would likely parallel “How to Read Big Books (article)” by taking a certain number of pages a day even though I still think some movies are better than books and Stephanie Zacharek’s article on “These are the Best Movies of 2018 (article)” is written so well I don’t even care that I don’t agree on her “best” movies of 2018 because I’ve read it three times now and she’s not selling anything but sincerely stating something she thinks but now that it’s 2019 I wish I could find a YouTube channel named “30 Days of Yoga (video)” that fits my overall spiritual approach to trying my best to evolve as a filmmaker, poet, and human being and even though Alan Watts can be a little out there, but I love his thoughts that “Life is Not a Journey (video).” Of course not--it’s more like riding a bicycle with nothing to do but enjoy riding a bicycle. No, really.
